Company Overview

On April 6, 2015, Modular Construction Technology Sdn Bhd, which was established in 1999 as Modular Construction Technology Sdn Bhd, was listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market. Ayala Land Inc. ("Ayala Land") acquired Regent Wise Investments Limited ("RWIL"), an Ayala Land wholly-owned subsidiary, in a mandatory general offer in February 2018.

There has been close collaboration between the two companies in order to establish synergistic prospects for both organisations and speed up the company's presence in the Malaysian property market.

MCT Berhad is a Malaysia-based integrated property developer that was founded in 1999. Property development, building activities, and other activities are among the segments of the Group.

The property development segment is involved in the development of both residential and commercial properties. The construction activities segment consists of construction, civil and mechanical engineering services, and investment holdings.

MCT Berhad became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayalaland Inc. in February 2018. Its property development projects are spread across important growth corridors and excellent areas such as Cyberjaya, Cybersouth, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, and USJ.
