WDA Architects Sdn Bhd is based in Kuala Lumpur and is led by two directors, Mr. Ng Kok Keng and Ar. Hanc Wang Hon Choon. WDA seeks to create the built environment in the most imaginative and inventive ways, with a focus on quality and lifestyle.

Wein Designs - Landscape Architects
Wein Design Sdn Bhd is an independent consultancy firm that was created in 2008 to provide landscape architecture services. They have a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects ranging from opulent complexes to more functional public recreational amenities.
Their knowledge spans all aspects of landscape architecture, from planning to design to construction.
The master plan calls for an 88-acre self-sustaining satellite integrated township with a Subang Jaya address. It includes a direct connection bridge that connects the Federal Highway to the master plan and was finished in 2017. Best of all, the design concept was inspired by Melbourne's Yarra River, which is the world's No. 1 Livable City.
Integrated Township
The master plan's proposed components include serviced residences, retail shops, offices, a shopping mall, GEMS International School, and a medical centre. Last but not least, the master concept includes a 9.2 acre Central Park.
The Economist Intelligence Unit's annual global liveability poll named Melbourne the most liveable city in the world for the seventh year in a row, thanks in part to the Yarra River.

9.2 Acres of Green Lung
The 9.2 acre Central Park serves as the development's green lung and focal point. It serves as a barrier between the residential and business areas while smoothly integrating the neighboring parcels, making it accessible to both commercial visitors and residents.
It is a recreational area featuring flora and water features, as well as walks and running tracks that stretch for around 1.3km. Small F&B features are used to maximize utilization and activity, especially in the evenings and at night.
In several areas of the central park, there is a reflexology zone, a children's playground, and other amenities. All are connected by a 2.6m wide boardwalk.
